Subscription Terms

SOLVI on Schedule is a recurring purchase. By starting a subscription you authorize SOLVI to charge your saved payment method for the products, quantity, and frequency you selected until you cancel.

Pricing and renewals

Subscriptions save 15% off the one time price on every scheduled delivery. Renewals process on your chosen cadence of 4, 8, or 12 weeks. We send a reminder email before each renewal. If pricing changes, we give clear advance notice and show the new amount before renewal.

Your controls

You can skip a delivery, swap editions, pause, change frequency, or cancel from your account at any time before the next order processes. Cancellation is available online and never requires a phone call. Manage your subscription through the Manage Subscription link in the footer or through the customer portal link in any subscription email.

Returns

The 60 Day SOLVI Promise applies to subscription deliveries the same way it applies to one time orders. See Shipping & Returns.
