Shipping

Orders typically leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Standard shipping is free on orders of $40 or more, and always free on the Everyday Set, the Stock-Up Set, and the Color Set. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.

The 60 Day SOLVI Promise

Use SOLVI in your real laundry routine. If it is not the simpler clean you expected, contact us at help@solviclean.com within 60 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Opened packs qualify. The promise applies once per household for a first order and covers subscription deliveries the same way.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo and your order number to help@solviclean.com and we will replace it at no cost.
